Strength, Stretch & Balance is a full-body class that blends yoga flow, Pilates-inspired core work, and gentle resistance training. Together we’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance through mindful movement and steady breath. You’ll leave class feeling stronger, more centered, and energized for the rest of your day.
